Please note that by accepting the Website Terms and Conditions at check out you accept the following policies:

Account Details

  • Your current address and information is correct at time of ordering.
  • If there is a change of details that you change your account and DO NOT create another account. Persons found creating another account will not be eligible for the first customer discount and will be banned from using our website.

Shipping information

  • Parcels are delivered via Australia Post, and are shipped from Adelaide within 1-5 business days of payment being made, depending on the demand of orders at the time. Please be patient when waiting for goods to arrive. If you feel there is a delay in the arrival of your goods please feel free to contact us and we will try to provide you with the most current information we can.
  • Parcels are calculated at a flat rate of $5 for small and $9 for large. The rate is automatically calculated for you at checkout. If you require Registered Post, this is an additional $3 flat and needs to be added to your cart. Please find Registered Post in Shipping options in the Shop.
  • We will post internationally but please email us for a shipping quote and invoice as you are unable to order direct from the site.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Any orders cancelled in full before shipment has commenced will forfeit 10% of their total order cost to cover administration and service charges.
  • We don’t refund for change of mind of a product you have purchased, so please make sure you choose carefully. Should a product be faulty then please email kerry_cards@internode.on.net for an assessment. An assessment needs to be done before an item can be replaced or refunded.
  • Should an item be out of stock then the payment of that item will be refunded via Paypal, Afterpay or in cash with your parcel if you paid direct deposit. In some circumstances your bank account details maybe required if the refund amount is substantal.
  • We will not substitute other products if a product is not available.

Preorder Items

  • Should you purchase any items in our pre order section along with our in stock items, your order will not be shipped until the pre order items are available. Please ensure if you wish to receive in stock items immediately that you make two orders.

Payment Methods

  • Online through PayPal with your MasterCard, Visa or Amex. (NO PayPal account required) or your savings or debit account (paypal required). You can also pay via your paypal credit if you have an account.
  • Bank Transfer – Please see details on invoice emailed to you, and checkout using Direct deposit/bank transfer to get these details
  • Afterpay – Shop now, pay later in 4 easy instalments. For more information go to www.afterpay.com.au
  • Stripe Credit Card payments via Mastercard, Visa or AMEX.
  • Cash on pick up or delivery.

Credit cards are processed securely through PayPal’s or stripe server, no credit card details are kept on our server. Our Website is safe with SSL Encrypting.
